Each cottage includes over 950 square feet of space with:

• Two bedrooms

  • First bedroom with a queen bed

  • Second bedroom with a double twin combination

  • Bedding provided

• Full bathroom with towels

• Fully equipped kitchen

  • Stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave

  • Toaster, coffee maker

  • All cooking and BBQ utensils

• Living room:

  • Sofa

  • TV with Netflix & Disney subscriptions

• Private deck with patio furniture

  • Each cottage includes a propane BBQ

Rates

Weekly Rates with Friday Check-In/Check-Out

• $1,200.00* + GST = $1,260

• $150 Cleaning fee

Policies

Reservation Policy

• Maximum Persons: Two (2) adults with maximum four (4) children OR four (4) adults

• No Smoking

• No Pets

• Check-In after: 6:00pm

• Check-Out: 10:00am

• $750 deposit required upon Reservation (for each stay of 1 week)

• Balance of stay due upon Check-In

• $500 Damage deposit payable at check in – returned after departure walk through

Cancellation Policy

• $200.00 + GST  processing fee is charged and the balance refunded if cancellation notice is received twenty-one days (21) days or more prior to Check-In date.

• NO REFUND if notice is received less than twenty-one (21) days prior to Check-In date.

Day Guest Policy

• Persons admitted other than those registered for overnight must be registered as “Day Guests” and purchase Guest Pass: $15 Each

• Pets Not Allowed for guests.

• Strict Check-Out for Guests: 10:00pm

• Maximum per day – 5

• Per Stay – 10

• In HIGH SEASON (July, August) Cottage Rentals are Available for a Minimum of 7 Days
